Shuttle
Information
| Our
shuttle service is available to and from the
Greyhound Bus station and Yeager Airport in
Charleston, WV. Our staff will personally
pick-up campers at the time of their arrival,
drive them to camp, and help them through the
check-in and registration process. After their
stay at camp, our friendly staff will personally
drive campers back to the airport and ensure
their safe departure. |

Asked Questions:

Yearger Airport in Charleston, WV is the only airport we
provide service from.

The travel time from both Yeager Airport
and Greyhound to the camp is approximately
45 minutes.

Each camper is responsible for their own flight/bus
arrangements.

Each camper is responsible to pay for any meals he or
she may need prior to check-in at camp or after check-out from camp.

Campers needing shuttle service must fill out and mail
in the form entitled "Shuttle
Registration" at least 10 days prior to their arrival at camp.

The call letters for Yeager Airport are "CRW".

The cost for this service is $10.00 each way (round trip
total - $20.00).
Important
Ticket and Time Restrictions:
The below information is for the safety of campers and to
maintain the overall structure of the camp schedule.

Campers ticketed arrival time can
not be more than 8 hours BEFORE scheduled check-in time at camp.

Arrival time must be no later than
4 hours FROM scheduled check-in time at camp.

Campers ticketed departure time
must be within 3 to 8 hours from scheduled checkout time.
Note:
If there is a
circumstance in which the above conditions can not be met, please notify us
and we will attempt to be as accommodating as possible.
